OS 40 FX Mixture screw,where is it ??
 

Used to OS LA engines,an airbleed screw and a needle valve
simple.Just bought a OS 40 FX is the mixture control valve adjustment screw inside the throttle lever arm assembly ?
if thats it no where in their manual is this noted,OS's manual
is lacking!!!

Not sure about the 40...but I would think it would be the same as the 46FX....in which yes, it is located inside the throttle lever barrel.

Looking at my .40 FX book, mixture control screw is in the center of the throttle level.

Yep, that's it... the only "reference" (and that's really stretching the definition of the word "reference") as to where it is that I could find, is on p.34 of the manual.... you're right, the manual is just a little inadequate about indicating where it is....
