It's no easier to get a perfect gap with Robart hinges than it is to get a perfect gap with any other hinge.

It's all in the technique you use and each hinge has its own technique,

I have used every hinge under the sun, and CA hinges are BY FAR the least complicated and easiest to use.

And as long as they are properly installed, they will last... Well, 20 years and counting.
