OK, now i have it narrowed down to 3. i think the Tiger 2 is ugly so it is out.

1. Four Start kit ( i really like the looks of this airplane)
2. Ultra sport (funky looking, but kinda cool)
3. SE (i like extras, but it is kinda spendy)

the 4*40 was my second plane....... mine has a saito 50 on it. I wish that it had a little more power. I've had it a while now and only flown it 2 times........ I got a Magic right after the 4* and that ended up being my 2nd plane. Don't get me wrong, the 4*40 is a super plane. One of the best flying planes that I own, if not the best. It just is a little too much like a trainer to me.

I think you'll be happy with the 4*. They fly well. They are not as aerobatic as you other selection, but it will offer a good mix or aerobatics, stability and slower paced flight. Good all around second plane.

Ultrasport is funny looking? I actually like that plane. A Ultrasport 40 was my 2nd plane. Very smooth and fast plane, fully aerobatic. Good traditional aerobatics trainer.

SE's I think are funny looking. They don't look anything like a Extra which is what they were supposed to kinda look like. They too are a good second plane for those that are looking to move into some simple 3D maneuvers. Can be flown very slow.

Mine was the somethin' extra. Started out slow with it now i move really wild. Its very stable and predictable. Comes out of spins, snaps, easily. Make real tight loops with it and a punch of other stuff too. Great plane.

thank you all for your opinions, i cant wait to buy my 4*, but now i have unexpected full scale expenses so i will be waiting a little longer than i was hoping :(

I used the se as a second plane, with the G2 sim. but, I have wrecked it 3 times, the third was torque rolling, engine quite, flat spin into the trees, VERY BAD...had budget, went to flying a trainer style home built mustang, VERY FAST, but very forgiving..taught me flying skills, QUICK....also flying home built fun fly, kind of like se but slower and less forgiving.....NOW I am flying 60 size Extra 300L.....WOW, a challange...like going from a VW to a Ferrrai...anyway, if it is anything, I have been flying for one year now...Extra is a handful and a HUGE, HUGE.... Challange, especially to land, have to keep air on those thin wings, but take your time, it sux tearing up 200$ of ARF !! :eek:
