how do i calculate how many watts motor is pulling?
is it the prop im using or more the battery, i have the eflite power meter but dont know what to calculate to determine if my setup is good or not?[]

The short answer is "both". To use your meter, plug it in between the esc and the battery. Run the motor "BRIEFLY" at full throttle. Then read the meter BEFORE disconnecting it from the battery. Be aware of the ranges given by the esc,motor and battery manufacturers. As long as you don't exceed them you're good to go.

Also remember its not unheard of that some vendors will overrate their products. . So be sure to allow some headroom against the spec of the lowest rated part in your power train.

Go back to the base forum you want to start a thread in (Brushed/brushless motors etc)... there is a button top left which is labeled "New Post"... that gets you to a Post New Thread window.
I'm more used to RC Groups where they, rather more sensibly, have a "New Thread" button!
