Default CC 10Amp BEC Brownout

Using the subject BEC in a 2M pattern plane driving:

1 - Savox SC-1258TG
2 - Savox SC-1251MG
2 - Savox SC-1250MG

These servos are not rated for high voltage so I'm using the CC BEC to step the voltage down. I'm driving these with one 1300mAh LiPo.

Using Castle Link to set the output to 6.1V, I noted what appears to be a receiver brownout when I exercise all five servos at once. What I find puzzling is that it doesn't happen when I set the output to 5.0V. I haven't had time to try to step it up a tenth at time to see where the threshold is but it's not really relevant as this BEC should not be doing this at any output voltage, especially given there's no loa on the servos.

Anyone have any ideas or similar experience?
