Default Motor glitches

I was beginning to cycle my battery for the begining of my flying season (WOOOO HOOOO!!!) but when I ran it for the first time, I noticed that my motor was glitching. I know that you are suppose to install resistors to correct the problem and I just want to make sure that I have them connected correctly. There should be one that goes from the positive terminal to the can, and on that goes from the negative terminal to the can. Should there be one that goes from the positive to the negative terminal? Could the resistors possibly be bad? They look like they are well connected to the motor which leads me to believe that there is something that I'm not getting. Thats in advance for any help.

Default RE: Motor glitches

i do believe you need one running from positive to negative ,including the ones you have already installed. they are probably all capacitors though.
