Default Changing gears

I've got a GWS F4U. Flew it for a while with stock setup. Just bought the E-Flight Brushless setup. Comes with a 10t gear. Gear mesh is way to loose. I need to replace with the stock gear. How do I remove the gears. Thanks, WLJ

Default RE: Changing gears

i use a gws micro gear puller,i orderd it through a hobby shop that has alot of electric experience .they sold it for under 15 bucks.it`s really the only effective way to remove the gear without damaging the soft metal.on the turn around they also have a micro gaer press to then install the gear on the new motor.but i use a vice to hold the motor upright (gently)with a block of wood at the back plate of motor and the plastic handel of an old swrewdriver to drive the new gear on the shaft.has worked fine so far.
