Default How battery with Axi 2208/34 and Phoenix 10

Dear sirs,

I have a Ikarus 330s with an Axi 2208/34 on it , phoenix 10 and APC 10X3,8 prop. I´d like to know wich batery I do have to use on this configuration ? I´d to use a Li-Poly that takes me to flight at about 15-20 minutes...

Thanks

use a 2C Lipo 13000mAh, with your speedo and prop size you will deep-fry both with a 3C pack

13000 mah is quite a big pack. What does that weight 15 pounds. You can run a 3 cell pack with a CC10 and a 10X3.8 prop. Use a Thunder Power 3 Cell 860 mah. It is good for a 10 C discharge and 12 burst. Try a 9 x 3.8 prop to. little more thrust and over 1 amp less draw.

I am using this motor prop and esc on my hell raiser. I am using an 830 3Cell Lipoly. It generates about 20oz of thrust, and lots of flight time.

Guys,

I think a 1300mha battery is too big, I choose to use a 830 3 Cell. For a hover procedure, what location should I put this battery on my shock flyer, I heard that someone put it back on the wing,What do you think?

Thanks for all replies,
Gaiotto

Put it wherever you need to to get the plane to balance right... It's not the same for everyone.
