Default Inexpensive brushlees motor and esc on Ebay

Anyone try the 18 amp brushless motor / esc combo available on Ebay? Says it's GWS style. If so how was it and what would it be good for. You'll have to excuse me I have no experience with this. Thanks.

Price is good but i have not heard of them before. Me personally I would not buy one because they are from Hong Kong and I don't trust international shipping that much (several issues in the past). It also bothers me they state its a 18 amp ESC but then later say its only 15 amps continuos.

If you try one let us know how it goes.

Hi isparky343
What type of plane where you planning on using this motor for small slow fly?
I see the biggest prop size is 8x4 that is recommended for that motor.

Yes, I bought the 3200rpm (purple/pink) for a little foamy super bandit, and that thing moves abot 90mph on a 3cell and like a 4x2 prop still around 16 amps.
They're good as long as you can pay for it.
