motor surging ?
Hey everyone I have A QUESTION about my set up. I am running an neu motors, Neu1105/2.5Y brushless with 4.4.1 gear box an electrifly 35 amp BEC with an 12 8 M.A.prop.thunder power 3 cell 2100mh li-po
results:
Motor Amps:36.102
Watts Out:259.34
Prop Static Thrust oz:60.4
Efficiency:86%
Motor RPM:29381
Prop RPM:6678
Prop Pitchspeed:50.6mph
Full-throttle duration: 3:29 minutes
this set up on my plane surges at full throttle could that one extra amp. cause it do do that? My plane weighs 45oz. any help would be super thnx

Barkingspider: I have to agree with glaciergirl. I put your specs. in a flight time
calculator and it appears if you depleate a 2100ma Lipo in 3:29 minute you are
pullind close to 40 amps. I would check the manufactre specs on the "C" rating
on your Lipo and stay with that amp draw. ALSO, buy a watt meter so you know
what's going on with your system. Bob
