Default gas to electric ?

hey i just got a plane and it uses an 049 engine. I want 2 covert it 2 electric. Wat size motor should i use to have reasonable power. would a bl 400 work???

You need to provide a bit more info about your plane before anyone can give you a good answer. Is it an .049 floater, speed demon, glider, warbird.....this all makes a big difference.
Yes, a Bl-400 will work, but do you need to gear it to swing a bigger prop, or direct drive and a 4" prop?? Many variables here.
