How do I attach my prop???
Another basic question......
What are the different ways of attaching the prop to the motor shaft. I have heard of rubber bands being used and all sorts.
Can anyone help me please?

RE: How do I attach my prop???
"Rubber bands" so to speak are used when using what is called a prop saver. If the prop hits the ground with any type of force, the rubber bands let loose so the prop does not snap. There is a collet prop adapter, and a set screw prop adapter. Those are the most popular ways to do it.

RE: How do I attach my prop???
As flyprob17 says a prop saver is the way to go while learning to fly (or for aircraft without undercarts and non-folding props!) - but they are typically for lower powered motors (<150W).
Collet type are the safest since they grip very tightly. Set screw type adapters are okay, but should only be used for high powered motors, if those motors have a "flat" ground into the motor shaft.
