how do you disable the BEC
Hello,
If I should want to eliminate, (disable the BEC), and use a receiver battery...... how would I do that?
I have a Jeti 70 amp controller, non OPTO. Several years back I did this on a sailplane but I don't remember for sure. ............thanks up front........lownslo

In one way or another disconnect the red cable in the servo-cable between ESC and RX.
Some cut it, others remove the tab in the connector and others add a short extension cable where the red wire is cut.

Yep.. That is what I did.. Just took it out of the connector what goes to the receiver... I taped it up in case I need to use it later!!
