Default Do I need a UBEC with a TowerPro 65a G2 esc?

Hello. I would be planning on putting this esc in my het-rc f-104 with a 2w-20 motor and 3300 mah 4s li-po pack. Any luck with these? Also, do I need to run a UBEC with the 4s pack, or can I just plug it into the rx? It will only be powering 3 sub-micros. It says it handles 4 to 6 s li-pos. Here is a link:

Thanks for the help.

Actually, it clearly says that it does not feature a BEC. Therefore, what are some good BEC's for my application? Thanks again!
