Default Micro Brushless Motor

I purchase a brushless motor at the Perry Swap meet for a Radical RC Mini Low Stick. The motor I believe is a Hextronik 1811 brushless outrunner. Just as I got everything set up and ballanced on the plane the motor started acting odd. To make a long story short, two of the wires broke off the coils and as far as I can tell are nearly impossible to solder back on. Unfortunately I don't remember which vendor I purchased it from otherwise I would have sent it back. Therefore, does anyone know a vendor in the "States" where I could get a replacement motor. For some odd reason Hobby Kings web site won't take my CC though it did last time.....don't get it.

Here's what the motor looks like: [link=http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbycity/store/catalog/D1400.jpg]Micro Brushless Motor[/link]

Sorry to say but the motor probably is more trouble to fix than to replace unless you or someone else can rewind it I have ordered from Lazertoyz ( In Ohio) and Headsuprc (Ocala Fl.) with good luck. Google them up and get the Tel # or E-mail and tell them the weight and type of plane you wish to power and they will set you up. Shipping from either is very minimal. Both owners are great people and wont do you wrong!!!!!!!

Happy Flying

Here's a similar sized (about 1 1/8 inch diameter and 1530 KV) you can get within a few days for $15 at rtfrcairplanes.com under Cessna replacement parts. Hope this helps.

That motor is no where near the same. It is much larger than the 10 gram mtor to OP posted. (about the size of a dime/nickle).

The best place in the states to get the 10 gr. 2000Kv is lazertoyz.
