Default lrp.28 turbo

I HAVE BEEN RUNNING LRP ENGINES FOR A FEW YEARS NOW AND THE OTHER DAY I CAME ACROSS A TURBO BUTTON FOR THE LOSI 454 AND I KNOW THEY ARE IDENTICAL, sO HAS ANY ONE TRIED THESE.?

So you're saying your current 454 is using a standard-type plug? If you change over to turbo, you will see an improvement in performance and fuel consumption.

YES IT'S A STANDARD PLUG.AND ITS A MODDED LRP.28. I KNOW ABOUT THE CHANGE IN PERFORMANCE, I REALLY WANTED TO HEAR BACK IF ANY ONE ELSE HAS TRIED IT. THANX FOR REPLY.

I have done the head change and yes it got better fuel time and some more grunt from the bottom end too. one thing I did find is it was much harder to find the right tune. when you do do this make shure your engine is up to temp. even if you have to use a heat gun. get the engine over 200* or you'll have a real hard time. and when you start turning the needles just move them very small increments.

What are you running this engine in? Im a very experienced tuner,I usually tune in small increments any, I came a cross it on ebay and Ihavent seen them anywhere else so I was little sceptic on the buying.thanx for the info.
