I am planning to buy a new .12 or .15 engine. What do you guys recommend? It has to have a rotary carb. Thanks.

What vehicle are you planning on using it in? Do you want side or rear exhaust?

The two manufacturers I'd look at are Fantom and OS.

Yes, I am looking at O.S. engines, but my brother told me it would be difficult to pull-start. Is this even true?

There are several OS engines available with pull starts and rotary carburetors.

OS 12 CV-RX
OS 15 CV-RX

OS 12 CV-X
OS 15 CV-X

OS 18 CV-RX

I have an OS .12 cv-rx with a pullstart, real easy to pull and no problems starting. Usually starts on the 1st or 2nd pull. Idles and runs real good and easy to tune.

do you guys think there's much difference between the cv-rx and the cv-x in terms of durability, reliability and tuning ability?
