Ok well there is 3 things that you may be keeping your engine from idling.
Firsts thing first, Have you checked your idle screw? maybe you havn't got your idle screw turned in enough. The engine needs to be running a certain RPM on idle to stay running. And you might have the idle screw turned out just a bit far out for the engine to idle.
The second thing may be that you have bad fuel. Having old or bad fuel will sometimes result in engines running crappy...if not running at all. If you have been using old fuel or bad fuel that has been sitting there, chances are that too much moisture has attacked your fuel. In short...old fuel won't really hold a steady idle.
Now the third thing (which isn't a very good thing, sorry to say) but the engine might not have enough compression to stay running at idle. I remember owning a Force .15 engine a year ago and the engine lost all of its compression and just wouldnt stay running at idle. I had to literally turn up my throttle trim, just to keep the thing running. To check if you have good compression, turn the flywheel over with your fingers and see if it is really hard to turn over...if so then that is a good sign that you still have plenty of compression. If its really east (and I dead easy) to turn over, then you might wanna consider a re-build or a new engine.
A doubt very much it would be your glow plug, because the engine wouldnt even run a half throttle, let alone at idle.
So just check those 3 things.
