I'm always sure to make sure my glow plugs go in straight and with the copper washer and without any dirt, and I always wait unitl the engine is not hot before I tkae out the glowplug for some after run oil, however, the glow plug is hella stiff coming out. I mean, it doesnt get crossthreaded or anything, it just feels tight, then loosens, tightens...I have no idea *** is the problem. Is it my glowplug, is my head wearing out from takin out the glow plug a million times? HELP! It gets stiffer every time!

Check the threads on the glow-plug and in the engine head itself. It may be that some dirt has got into the threads and that is what is making the glow plug hard to remove/install.
