hey i am sending my hpi nitro star s-25 to exchange it for a .46 and i need to take the flywheel off and i dont no how to so if some one could help me out that would be great. thx

Your .46 will not be able to use that flywheel. If you mean a 4.6(.28) the use a rubber mallet and lightly tap it it should come off. I would recommend however to just get a new one. You will also want to pick up a new collet if it does not come with one as well as new clutch shoes and springs.
