Yeh! hpi apollo is on the right track. I personally use denatured alcohol or Simple
Green and an old toothbrush to get the grime fron between the cooling fins. The main
thing to remember is if you clean this crap off your engine each time you get back from
running your car it does not have a chance to build up and bake on from the heat of
combustion. Once it bakes on it is a heck of alot harder to remove. By the way
Simple Green is a concentrate so it lasts a long time and as an aded bonus it is
the best way to clean and condition your tires. There is really no need to dissamble
your engine to clean it unless you have an internal mechanical problem. Run your
engine dry of all fuel and use after run oil when you are thru for the day and it will
stay clean internally. Only use a solvent base i.e. denatured alcohol, nitro cleaner,
ect on the inside of the engine if you dissamble to clean any parts and then oil
everything well.

If you are not smelling nitro fumes and listening to the sweet song your not LIVING!!
