Default Pullstart axle problem

I bought a picco .26 engine used. What the guy sent me was a pullsart axle that doesnt look like it will work. All my other engines i have owned have had completely different pullstart axles with a slit in them that grips the crankshaft pin to turn it over. This one looks like some random bolt the guy i bought it from just put in. Please look at the pics and tell me what is wrong. What do i need to buy?

Thanks

This is how it's suppposed to look. The shaft goes in from the inside of the back plate. I couldn't find an exploded drawing of the engine to see it all the parts are there or not.

I found out the problem. By the way this motor isnt a max version, its a big block. I found the exploded view for the motor off of nitrohouse.com. For some reason picco decided to make there own special one way bearing that goes inside the the motor. I think its a stupid and inconvient design cause now i have to buy their bearing and i cant use the one thats pictured.

Heres the exploded view off a picco .27 engine to show you what i mean:

You can see how the pullstart axle is different and that is what through me off.

thanks anyways
