hi i just got a big GPM air filter for my car and was wondering what is the best way to put airfilter oil on it if you need to

put some air filter oil on a piece of paper and rub the filter in it ,lol ha ha

Most filters come preoiled. Are you sure it isn't preoiled? I think the usual procedure is to pour a light amount of filter oil around the whole element, put it in a plastic bag and then squish the element in the bag, forcing oil consistently throughout the whole element.

And don't get carried away. It needs to be sticky, not saturated.

Use the ziploc method and keep the ziploc, it will be pre-oiled for next time

yer ziplock back..tip sum oil on the element and then squish the bag n seal it up..even let it sit for a while if u want..this is how allot of filters r stored
