Well now that I have my Mugen MBX5R 1/8th scale buggy kit coming to get myself into off-road racing instead of on-road electric. I need to know about the best way to break-in a nitro motor to get the most life and power out of it. I'm going to be going with a OS VZ-B V-Spec .21
Also what percentage of nitro should I use for break-in? I am pretty sure I'll be running 30% afterwards.
Are there any good sites that have good tutorials?

Bess method (also known as heat cycle method). Google it. Or search it on the forums. Always break in with the fuel you will use, wherever possible, though I don't know if I'd recommend break in with 30%, prob be ok. I wouldn't know, I use 25% in ALL of my cars, due to race rules.
