Check these out, they are abit over your price range, but both models are great.
I installed some of the standards this week, as well as a Draked version in my own.
Power is unbelievable, plenty of power. Responds well to tunes for different tracks, really a racers engine.

Depends on the track. What kind of track is it? High grip/low grip, smooth/rough, long/short, fast/technical. Let me know and I'll suggest something, as if you get the wrong motor for the track, you really wasted your money.
