Default Hot Start Problems

I still have my RTR Ofna Force .28 in my truggy because I have chosen to upgrade other aspects of my truggy before trying to go faster with more power. It has always ran fine until recently. It will start right up first or second try and run great. As soon as it runs out of fuel after being warmed up it usually takes 5 to 10 minutes to get it going again. Sometimes it seems as though the engine is not getting enough fuel and others it seems flooded. I generally have to pour fuel into the carb to get it to start again. Do I have air leaks somewhere? I am lost on the issue. Thanks guys!!
