Default Question for club racers regarding engine size.

So it's time to get a new engine for this season. I'm toying around with the idea of running a .28. Obviously my local club doesn't have engine restrictions. Given that our track is fairly small, do you guys think a .28 would have enough top-end? I'm looking at the go-tech 3-port .28. I could even run a taller clutch bell for top-end. What's the average top speed of a sport .28 motor?

Or do you guys think I would be better off with a sport .21? This is for a Hyper 8.5 btw.

A 21 is always better.
