By maximum power, do you mean lots of bottom end and some top end? Or both?

I was hoping for all around power bottom and top. If I had to choose I would pick bottom end.

Well, if you wanted bottom end, I was going to suggest a Novarossi 528XR. But since you want both, I'd suggest a Ninja .28. They rev extremely high and cost less than a Novarossi.
