is it normal for a broke in engine to make a funny noise like its ran out of fuel when you push full throttle from stationary position my full throttle is fine if i ease in to it it gets there quick but an instant throttle burst i dont like unless its moving then its ok thank you im not very good at explaining things.

I think I know what you mean. Sounds to me like a lean LSN - try richening to see if it improves.
