i dont have the sirio engine(in my mind) as a very reliable engines... if the price of the sirio is the same as a novarossi then go for a novarossi or RB

I don't know about easy to tune, not many hi-competition on-road engines can be described as 'easy' to tune. Having said that, the sirio is a great engine, it'll take you to the world champs if that's where you want to go. I'm a big fan of RB too, the C6 on-road is a monstrous engine.
You have to bear in mind that 1/8th on-road is the Formula 1 of our hobby, all the stuff is the most advanced and adjustable. As such you can expect to need extensive tuning knowledge to get the best out of these engines, including midrange adjustments, which requires a very experienced hand. Off road rarely need midrange adjustments, as basically there is little advantage to very fine tuning of the powerband in an off road engine, but on-road you can get very good results from proper powerband adjustments as the peak band is much tighter.
