I have a force .28 engine and i was wondering how do i mod an engine to make it run faster ?

If you are "wondering" how to make it faster, it will be better for you to send the engine out to a engine modifier to take advantage of power that you cannot get out of the engine. Then too, for $199 you can buy a box stock Picco P3 and it will make more power than the Force .28 anyways. Just my opinion on it.

i live in jamaica so there is no engine modder i have to do it my self if i want it done. so i just wanted to know how to mod the engine

You can ship your engine by mail to a modder , like ABmods.

you need a high speed dremel tool and small grinding bits. then look at the forum in here on "how to port a nitro engine". also http://www.e-maxximumrc.com/html/nitro_motor_mod.html

theres timing changes beyond whats there, i think you extend the exhaust port up for more top end from motor and you extend the intake ports down for more bottom end torque. also work on the crank. all done in very small increments cause too much = no more motor.
