well, if price is not an issue, use [link=http://www.neweramodels.com/item.cgi?session_id=&part_id=3321]this[/link] bigblock conversion to fit a nice motor. i would then use [link=http://www.hot-racing.com/?partnumber=JT1000X&c=180]these[/link] gears, as to not shred your transmission. [link=http://www.hot-racing.com/?partnumber=JT107M06&c=180]these [/link]hubs will allow you to use buggy style wheels, which will tame a little of the torque of the bigblock, so it will pull wheelies like stock, but the larger diameter will allow you to gain a higher top speed, along with the new motor. if you're going to be going faster, [link=http://www.hot-racing.com/?partnumber=JT107M06&c=180]these[/link] brakes will help to to slow it down. since the bigblock will be putting down alot more power, [link=http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_info.php/products_id/19182/n/Traxxas-Steel-Driveshaft-Kit-Jato]these[/link] drive shafts will stand up to it. i personally would get [link=http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_info.php/cPath/1_23_31/products_id/11200/n/OFNA-Jammin-21-Off-Road-Competition-Buggy-Engine-Turbo-Plug]this[/link] motor, as it has extreme power, for a great price. if you sent it to supertib for one of his mods, you wouldn't believe the power. then an [link=http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_info.php/cPath/1_23_32/products_id/9007/n/Dynamite-Platinum-1-8-086-High-Speed-Inline-Exhaust-System-Hard-Anodized]086[/link] pipe would complete the package.

i just remembered, you will need an onroad style header, as the rear exhaust port points to the side of the chassis. so most bigblock style on-road headers should work.
