lrp .30 low speed needle
I just bought an Lrp .30 pull start engine for my savage. i sealed the engine and the needles but when i was sealing the low speed needle i noticed it was a little over 3/4 of a turn out but in the manual it says 2-1/4 turns out. should i leave it the way it came out of the box or set the low speed needle to what it says in the manual? i havent broken the engine in yet.

as a rule i always follow no matter what. i do what the manual says and never trust a factory direct setting. you never know how hung over the guy is thats assembling the stuff, or if they are ticked off at their boss or in a hurry cuz he's got some honey waitin' at home for him.

My SC8 wasn't properly set out off the box. IMO you should follow the book.
