Being a new CEN rc owner and the problems and complaints I have seen on many forums I contacted CEN today in an email.I have been completely satisfied with my new CEN Nemesis but am concerned about the problems I have seen others experience and their lack of customer service.I received a very courteous response from them and an explanation for the problems occurring in the company at this time.It seems the CEN Racing group are under new ownership.A lot of changes are being made in the company at this time which looks to be employee changes.I was reassurred they were going to try to make a positive return to the rc community.Lets hope so.

I sure hope so too. I am afraid by the time they make a comeback, they will have lost all their customers. I think the CEN R/C's are great kits. They have some great new kits released like the R3 , TR3 and R3-E, but they have no parts listed for these and no distributors are selling their products. I really want to order more CEN cars, but I can't take the chance of selling cars and not having parts for my customers.
I get a lot of crap for sounding like I am bashing CEN when I post my comments. I am more disappointed than most people to see what CEN is going through and if I didn't care what they did, I would forget about them and move on. I still have my Matrix Arena TR and I still run it sometimes.
You say they are under new ownership. This explains the changes. I know they have employee changes like going from a few great employees to no employees.
Personally, I believe CEN's biggest problem is hiding out, ignoring customers(and Dealers), and not just telling people what is going on. If they would just make people aware of the situation, they would understand and probably would not loose faith in CEN.
As I said, I am still a CEN fan, but if this continues, I will assume CEN no longer cares and neither will I.
