Can some one out there help me with my problem with my cen cts-4. the problem is that my 2nd gear keeps stripping the inside of the spur gear i ordered a new shift clutch and new gear. drove car 1 day that unit stripped again, don`t quite know what to do at this time.this car is about 10 months old.i inspected the old shift unit and found the shifting lever had worn down that is why i replaced it and gear. but it is doing the same thing.Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

You may want to consider getting the up-grade shif unit. It used a two shoes that spread apart onto the second gear which has an aluminum housing. It is more consistant and last much longer. The part # is G84313. (complete upgraded 2nd speed)

what are the part numbers on the 2nd speed gear that has the aluminum housing i would like to have one also how many teeth does that gear has, and what about the 3speed trans. for this car .thanks for the help.....
