I live in Denmark, and have been trying to send mail both to the service and sales department, but no answer from anybody.

Why are nobody writing back to me regarding what I wrote? It is expensive to call to the States for me, so I was hoping to get answers via mail.

How do I contact you guys?

I understand that, but I bought the truck from Als Hobby in Chicago, so it is an "american" truck from the first shipment.

I specify that very clearly when I write, so the regional distributor will not touch the truck.

That is why I am trying to reach you, to ask about the things that are not as good as intended. I can see how you give an excelent service to the americans that have bought the truck. They are having the same problems that I am having.

How can I get a little service on this fine car?

I have the same problem, I have phoned yesterday but there is an answering machine I've left a message but I think they won't call me back.

CEN dont leave us hangging just because we dont live "over there". I bought it "over there".

You dont have to ship anything to me direct, but to where I bought it. They will send it on.

Who at CEN can I contact with the letter?
