i live in France sorry for my poor english.
i buy on z-cars site (www.zertuchegroup.com) a CEN CT4S Mercedes CLK 4wd 1/10 Scale Nitro RC Car + Nitro Start with FedEx express shipping 1-3 days for a total of 500$, at january 03 2005.
I payed by a international visa credit card.
I never received a e-mail confirmation of my order.
My order was never shipped.
Today we are january 18, 15 days later and my order is still on pending and not shipped, nobody answer on my multiple mails, and nobody answer 10 days when i phone.

What is problem with this site ?
Is it closed or not ?
How i can cancel my order ?
Why nobody answer on my mails and phone calls ?

That sounds bad, I would imagine that in the event of a distributor going out of business, all unhonoured orders would be taken care of by the parent company, ie CEN. Let us know how you get on.

Oh man that REALLY sucks. All you can do is try to cancel payment and hope you have stopped it in time. Good luck mate, hope everything works out for you.

hey.the same happened to me.last year 19/5/2004 .the store owners name is guss,,a real lieing ****head.,and the wifes name is terry....both partners in crime.
i ordered my truck and have sent him almost 90 emails. 2o or soo phone calls from new zealand.ive managed to get his home number and ill pass that on to u. i managed to speak to him over phone and he saying the trucks left blah blah blah . total horse crap he was telling me.i even sent a guy to usa to track him down and he says he neva could get hold of guss.its costed me almost 1500.00 nz dollars..if i ever get to usa ill make sure i vist guss and give him my best regards.both husband and wife are total liars .ive managed to talk to terry ,,the wife, and she says ill make sure u get the truck and blah blah blah.no phione calls nothing.since last year iam still waiting .. only been waiting for almost 10 months. my order number is 559 .. hope sumone can help me\

ring ur credit card company and cancel orders. i guarantee youll get your money back. also lodge a complain with net bureau and ur police .. kick that guys ass. his names guss .
