Anyone here running a 6v battery pack in a Genesis? if so could you post some pictures as theres no way a 5 cell pack would fit in my Genesis battery compartment.

Hmm, I have a ofna 1400 mah 5 cell hump pack stuffed in mine, fits like a glove

Ive seen some people zip tie and velcro them to the side of the chassis. Not too convenient but it got the job done.

Thanks for the replies but i was under the impression the CEN made a 6v battery pack to do the job I just tried to get 5 AA loose cells in the battery compartment and its not going to happen unless you use AAA cells

We dont offer 6v packs. Your best bet will be what Groundforce-RCU did on their truck.
Our team drivers us 5 cell hump pack religously.

Yes please if you could my lhs have a 5 cell hump pack that will fit but it's only 500mah and a cells.

The 500mah 5 cell hump pack and 1200mah 5 cell hump pack will look the same and are the same in dimensions. Your hobby shop should have higher mah 5 cell reciever packs in stock. If not, they can probably order them.
