is the cen ct4r basically a fully hopped up version on the ct4s, cuz if it is how much would it cost me to get my cen ct4s up2 the "R" spec apart from the turbo engine

Yes the CT4R is a full upgraded CT4S. It also has a lower gearing drive train suitable for track racing. To get your CT4 S to a CT4R you would need the following.
