I am wondering if there is any other internet company that sells the CT045 (cometition drive train) for the CEN CT4S, other than RCModel; aka E-Hobbies. I have not been able to find another company. E-hobbies is sell it for $21.99, rather than $29.99 but they are charging me $9.99 for shipping. And that is for the 4-7 day ground. This is the only company that I have found that has a base shipping cost for ground at $9.99. One $2.00 spur gear has a $9.99 shipping charge. Other companies I have used normally charge at most $5.00 for shipping.
Thanks!!
Thanks!!

Try[link=http://NewEraModels.com]New Era[/link]. You may not be able to find the parts listed that you need, in that case, send them an email. I would definitely find another place other than ehobbies to buy from!!! I bought parts from them last week cuz I thought they were the only ones that carried CEN parts...that I could find. What they charged me was DOUBLE what NewEra charged! As soon as I get them from ehobbies, they're going back and the order placed with NewEra!!

You are going to swap out the both 25T pulleys. The one for the front belt and the one for the rear belt. What pulleys came with the CT045 Comp. Drivetrain?

It came with 16T pulleys and two belts. The thing is, I'll have to find new hinge pins because the 25T has a longer slot than the 16T.
Thanks for the info.

Okay. I picked up the 16T and 17T pulley set (CT015) and it also did not come with pins. But the 25T Pulley set (CT043) came with pins. Check if the 17T pins will fit in the 16T pulleys. If so, you should be able to order new pins. The part number for the 17T pulley pins is...GX47 (2x10). I will try and check too. If I find out I will let you know.
AND, "CEN Racing" why doesn't the CT015 pulley set come with pins like the CT043 pulley set?
Thank You!

I have the acceleration kit which come with 25T and 17T pulley. I was wondering if the 25t pulley go on the large belt or the small belt the turn the spur gears.

My car is still in pieces. My CT045 kit contained a replacement front belt, rear belt, and two 16Ts.
After taking the 25T off the back and adding the 16T, I found out that the new replacement belt is too short.
I did everthing I could to stretch that belt. no luck. I guess I wasted $21.
Has anyone gotten this kit to work?

This is really a pain and I'm wondering if it's worth it. I have had to practically break the entire truck down just to put two belts on. I would like to know if anyone has notice a diffrence since they have replaced there belts.
