on the new cen website, they show in the race section the mt2 with oversized pin tires and stock wheels... does anybody know what brand the tires are? They look like a good fit for racing... I currently run pro-line holeshots but the diameter is small.... limits speed...

I am looking all over the web to find a tire/wheel set that is big-ish.
Closer I can get is Proline Mashers at 124mm diameter or IMEX All-T tires at 140mm.
But nothing like a pin tire. Maybe CEN can tell us what they are using.
Also on their website under consumer rides someone has an MT with RPM Titan wheels.
These wheels have a 14mm hex if I am not wrong.
Anyone has an idea where we can get 14mm wheel hex for the CEN or how to make one???
I am thinking of cutting a thin stipe of 1mm thick aluminium and fitting it over the CEN wheel hex so I can get larger wheels.
Any comments?

be careful if u fit 14mm hex wheels - the driveshafts are under a lot more stress with them fitted - i broke one as soon as i fitted mine, where the hex pin hole is... very very frustrating. also the gearing would be a bit much for the standard motor i feel, or at least it would with the ofna brick pins i have fitted to mine.
but if u wanna try it - the 1mm spacer should work well enough if u can get it real tight round the 12mm hex. i have heard of people just chucking a tmaxx hex on the cen shafts - sounds dodgy to me, but they reckon u get away with it...

spoke to cen today.. It turns out the wheels are custom made... Using cen mt2 truck tires cut out the centers and replace with 40 series bow tie centers cut out and glued in place... sounds like fun to me...
