As I read it was a statement about Ken Wu, the director, not CEN Racing in general? I am sure the white guys working down there don't think they are idiots? Well, most of them?

CENracing, which of the CEN employees was using the name RCMorpheus on that TeamCEN.com site? And has he truly left the company?

R/C Morpheous was Chris Martin, yes he left the company on Tuesday, and yes those comments where made verbatim! Those who know me in the R/C community know 2 things, one I was always fair and honest when dealing with my customers (when I had my own shop), two, I will always speak up with there is a moral issue on point. Ken Wu has demonstrated that he lacks both integrity and character, this is not to say that there are not some good people working and racing for CEN Racing. I just think the American public should know what he thinks of them before they purchase his products. If you have no problems with purchasing products from an individual who is both a racist, and loather of the American people go Right ahead. Personally, I will once again place my trust in good old American companies like Associated & Losi. The funny thing is I was warned not to go work for CEN... I should have listened!

It would be interesting to know how the other members of staff at CEN USA feel about the comments. Saying stuff like that has surely dented their loyalty to the company.
I don't understand about the first post saying the comments were untrue and not based on facts, but for a team member to resign over these comments, there must be some truth in them?

Im so confused about this whole thing. I have a CEN MT2 coming to me, and I had gotten pretty excited until this whole thing turned up. If I cant rely on CEN while I have my truck, I guess I'll have to sell it...

In my opinion, if someone has personal problems towards a company or person, they should take care of it outside of a public forum. These forums are insinuated for information to consumers about products, for consumers to talk about products and so on.

It is meant for "civil" conversation. It is stated in red above the reply typing section!!!!

Please resist the urge to curse, flame, degrade, insult or embarrass someone in your post. I feel that it is unproffessional to carry out this thread any further as it has nothing to do with CEN Racing products; rather it is a personal problem that two people have on eachother, and it in no way reflects the business morals, principals, or policies that CEN Racing has towards our valued customers.

CEN Racing does not tolerate this conduct and will defend any fallacious, and misleading comments made towards our organization to the fullest extent.

Well, the teamcen.com page and its new text has already hurt CEN. I know this from the number of PM's i've received in regards to the matter, and the people that are no longer supporting the company. What does this mean for current owners? For me i feel like going straight to the classifieds with my Gen LE. I know myself that the teamcen.com site was made up of CEN employees. To hear CENracing say differently on here, and RCZ bothers me. It shows me that they arent being honest about the matter. So, for the record. Who is the person on here known as CENracing? The real name.

If people take two people's personal problems as a direct insult to them themselves then that is their problem. Sorry to hear that you feel this way thermal.

IMO it seems like this isnt between 2 people, it was a direct insult to a HUGE auidence being the US customers made by the owner of CEN.

Cen was doing some awesome stuff - but now its hard to want to support international manufactures what dont give 2 s::ts about their customers who keep them in business. We like you, and your staff - people here at CEN are cool thats for sure. Its the sammmme argument with american cars and sending profits overseas.....could you imagine the owner (if mercedes was private) of a car company made a comment like that?

Thats all I feel is trying to be conveyed over here...no one is bashing/slandering CENs people here.....

Andrew, I respect you greatly as both a driver and as a knowledge base for the products you represent but I don't think the issue here is whether rcmorpheus and CEN racing parted company on good terms. I feel the issue is if the comments that are being discussed, were actually said as insinuated.
If these comments are false then it would most definitely be in the interest of the CEN corporation to let the public know. At the same time, if the comments are true then the model buying public has every right to know what this man thinks of them.

Most everyone knows me from the teamcen website. I contributed to the site to help out fellow CEN owners. I in no way agree with what is being said on the site now and other than contributing my advice have nothing to do with the teamcen website and Chris Martin.

I am not an employee of CEN. I am a Factory Sponsored Driver living in the eastern part of the US. I have spoken to just about everyone at CEN and have always been treated with kindness and respect. I feel in no way that these statements about CEN are true.

Andrew is one of the best people you can have around you. When I was looking into Sponsorship with CEN, Andrew and CEN came highly recommended from outside sources.

No one is trying to pull the wool over anyone's eyes here it is just a mis fortunate situation with a disgruntled x-employee. I will stake my reputation on that.

I think you are missing the point. I'll speak for myself here, and im sure others feel the same way. That statement left on that site was, and IS, a very BOLD, insulting statement. That statement was not made between two people. That statement was posted on the WORLD WIDE WEB. Meaning you now have an audience. A really big audience. Obviously the users and owners are not quite settled over this. Judging by how many people i know have already decide to NOT support CEN, i'd say its not my problem. But maybe the problem is now in the hands of CEN.

The comments posted on someone's personal site are and were a direct reflection of thier personal problems with someone else. An employee of CEN. This is how it is personal. It is not directed towards you in any way, even though it may seem. Do you believe everything you read? I hope not.

This tread should be over as it has NOTHING to do with anyone else that reads it.

I don't mean to leave any doubt here, I love my CEN truck. I have, over the past three years, fiercely defended CENs' reputation against those who would seek to soil it. I also feel that the employees of CEN Racing (USA) are among the most courteous and helpful staff members I have encountered in any sphere, let alone the world of rc. The issue at hand, in no way, reflects badly on CENs' US staff and my high regard for them remains intact.
The question still hangs though. Did this man make these comments?

As a sales rep. of CEN Racing in the past 6 years, I attended every sales meeting within the company. No such comment were ever made. Customer service is always our priority and the managements have treat us well, otherwise, why would I stay for 6 years.

We will no longer discuss this matter any further. We already notify the moderate to remove all false claim currently on the message board as well as all future claims. All false claims toward a person or a manufacture is prohibited on RCU as well as CEN forum.

I can see why a CEN employee would want this thread removed, but were not in any violation of rules here. For RCU to remove the thread would only make the matter worse.

i wouldn't remove it! Let people see it! That would explain the cen genesis 1st batch they already got our money and now i have a truck that never works still!!!
I'm sure all first batch owners feel this way!!!
