Default Matrix

I am liking what I see in the production of the Matrix. Does anyone have a glimps of an idea when this buggy will be released?

I am already starting a list of goodies to drop onto that buggy, but very little info is given so far (being that it isnt for sale yet).

It looks pretty hot to me too...I might have to buy one. As I am not an avid racer, I'll probably end up picking a lower-end 1/8 to start out with, but it does look really nice! And its also got the CEN signature aluminum towers on it. Pretty cool!

I'll be racing state wide if and when i get one. We have a point series going on, and if it survives this year (the racing series), i'll be in it next year... pending release of the buggy. But of course, i plan on running a PRO Matrix. But the question is, which engine and exhaust setup produces the power I am hunting for? After reading about that Team Orion lasting 24 hrs in a Kyosho, I have my eyes on it!

Yep, Team orion wasp, team edition they claim. Spendy mill, they want 364 for it at tower.

The design is obviously a Toki... being because most of the decent blocks come from Toki in japan.

I've run the .12 peak diablo (same as the orion) in a 1/10th scale truck and I was extremely pleased with it. I also drove the kyosho buggy that was used in the 24hr test in R/C nitro for an hour with the Orion .21 in it an that thing was blistering.

BTT

CENRACING, here is what I fear for with the release of the extremely well performing Matrix. Parts availability. There isnt a big online store that readily has CEN products. Shops around here alone have rare discontinued CEN parts and thats about it. I m stuck right now for when the Matrix is released. That poses another problem for me in Minnesota, If i manage to get one here, where can I find parts in stock?

I can almost guarantee that www.ehobbies.com www.toyhaus.com or www.offshoreelectrics.com will have all of the parts that you need.
ehobbies even stocks part for discontinued CEN products.

Ehobbies is their largest distributor in the states and possibly world wide so I wouldn't worry about it.

Should be out by the middle of this month (October) RTR that is...
Pro Kit will be a while from what I am told..

The RTR is an awesome car. it has many features only found on top of the line Factory kits.
The 1/8 world will be changed forever when the RTR is released.

I have done next to nothing on my Matrix and it handles like a champ.
