I have a nt-16 in my MT and just put the .18 sleeve, piston, and rod in it. What glow plug should I use? Both of the stock ones I have crapped out breaking in the engine.

I used OS A5's on my converted NT16 and they worked really well. For break in though you might want to use a hotter plug like the A3 then switch to the A5's after break in.

Yes there is an increase in bottom end torque and you will notice it. I would suggest it after you have worn out the .16 and need to rebuild it. It is a whole lot cheaper than a new motor.
