I have a message out to DrHonda for the alloy steering link. Does anyone have a pic of one that i can send to him, i looked but didnt find anything, and since i wont be home for a few days i wont have a chance to take a picture till prob sometime late this weekend.

Where do you get those fittings and what are they meant for? They look like brass which would be stronger than my old copper ones but less work than my steel pipe attempt.

Brass tubing bought from LHS, cant remember the size exactly. It is slightly sloppy on the cup but you wrap tinfoil around the cup to fill the gap then thin CA glue around the edges once its on.

azzman - going with a fitting that is a little sloppy on the dif cup doesnt that make it where you have to grind a lot out of the upper arm?

Didn't grind any from mine really, maybe a little when I tickled it up in the drill with the sandpaper.

Like i said I have more cups on the way hopefully i can try some different ways to do this. Currently the brass fittings i have held up nice in my crash the other day. So I may stick to that if i cant come up with anything better.
