and now i look like a retard because a made the same thread twice, once will im was mad(never do that!) and once because my computer is dumb

try plugging in the servo that isnt working, into the slot on the receiver for the other servo, so lets say throttle servo doesnt work plug it into steering servo spot and try to turn the steering wheel and see if the throttle servo works, if you verify it works then you dont need to take it out, something else is wrong.
