Dont hold me to this but if im not mistaken the CT4s and CT5 have the sg engine cranks, so i beleive any sg crank roto start should work, like maybe for the HPI, or the OFNA for sg cranks. If my info in wrong i appologize, i have been researching this for a few weeks now, and just orderd a new CT5 a week ago, im hopeing its delivered today actually.

Thanks but from what I have been told by CEN support and guys in the forum, the best bet is to go with a Starter Box because there is a back plate that can give a problem in the conversion process.

Invest in a Starter Box

**** I took the electric starter from a traxxas and melted away the housing and ordered a traxxas manifold that goes just enuf farther out to let me use the starter. The exhaust will be the only thing holding it onto the crank though :-\ BUT IT WORKS lol.
