Has anyone fitted this kit to an original genesis ,and with what results.It,s fitted as standard on LE.and Nemesis i think.

I have a genesis but haven't heard about this kit could give me a little more detail ie: where it can be ordered.

As i'm in the U.K. i can't help you with sourcing it locally, but cen quote it as part no. GS097 on their site. I have ordered one,but i could be waiting forever with the way things are over here.

I have it on my gen. The only thing you have to do is to drill 2 holes in the side frame. It wasn't much work.

The kit is used to insecure the spur gears from moving due to vibration. IT will fit any Genesis. On the older generation where the side plate wasnt modified, simply drill 2 holes and you can install it.

I wear out pinion gears every 5 or 6 tanks of fuel. I have tried a tight gear mesh but it doesn't seem to make a difference. Will this brace help with this problem? If so, does anyone know where it can be purchased. I can't find it on any online site.

Are there any other options for ratios wiith the Genesis spur gears, other than the stock 43T and 39T?

If so, does anyone have the part number/s?

I haven't seen any other spur gears for the Gen, but I am running the 21T & 25T pinions instead of the stock 17 21 combination. The truck still wheelies after it warms up, it shifts more readily and it has alot more top end. The throttle response seems better and the truck is a lot more fun to drive with this pinion combo. IMO
