I was just wondering, I saw the post on how to fix the Nemi axle problem, but it seems there should be an easier solution.? I was wondering if filling the void within the axle(the hollow area in the axle) with jb weld, then just drilling the wheel pin hole back out would work? Has anyone tried reinforcing it in this manner? Do you think this would work or help? By looking at how mine broke it seems as though if it were solid it wouldn't have happened, judging by the stress areas of the breakage. So I was only thinking that jb weld or even steel dow rod may keep it from happening if inserted within this void. Let me know what you all think, any and all input is appreciated. I will try this in some manner as well as getting in touch with a local machine shop to try a get a better axle, if cost permits. Thanks.

Only one way to find out for sure. Shouldn't be hard to do and definately won't hurt.
I dont have a nemesis yet. Still debating between it and the LST2. Leaning towards nemesis but no one carries any CEN parts around here so i will have to order everything just like my MT2.
How do you like the nemesis and what all have you broken so far?

I would go with the Nemesis, IMHO, and the only thing broken is the Axle on the right rear tire. This thing is super, fast, and agile for a truck this size. Your are right though, only one way to find out. I will do and get back to everyone.

That does look good. I just finished the whole reinforcing idea. Thought about the JB weld and couldn't actually figure a way of getting it into the area within the amount of time before it sets up.[:@] If I could find a syringe that would be useful. Any who, I used Quicksteel instead, JB is on standby, and I filled it in pretty easily, so only time will tell if it will work or flop.[&:] Keep you guys posted, it's been raining here so I can't run it just yet. Another thing I have got in contact with a Machine shop, expecting a price and verdict sometime soon on a solid axle for it. I do know that Titainium is out of the question, they said it would be far more costly and that it may not hold well in this particular situation.[&o] I'll keep you all posted here as news becomes available on this. Wish me luck.

I will be sure to check for a discount for more parts if so I will be sure to post it up so that i can get an accurate count of how many I will need. As a matter of fact I will do that as a poll so keep a look out for it.

Hello again to all, I have been to 2 machine shops to no avail. One more will do it but the cost will be high approx $100 for a one off part unless multiple items are ordered. So I would like to know how many will want them. Check my poll post and place your vote and we will see if it will be feasable. Thanks again.
