Default Bashing.. Broken part need help

Well, what a weekend (Im aussie and its nearlly over) I recently got my nemesis and I love it. I live in an estate and theres spare blocks of land with dirt mounds everywhere and its great I bashed my nemesis all weekend, its had a hard time. Susprisingly only one broken part but somethings did mislead me.

I was jumping it and landed a little hard on the right wheel and the steering rod and suspension (one thats infront) popped off there balljoint, at first i thought I broke it as it wouldnt steer to the left or right luckily I just popped them back on and was jumping again within seconds. Today I took it out again but this time I broke something, I was taking a run up and it was a liitle bumpy and as I went down the jump I turned while taking it (it was a step down) and it turned to the left landing on the backwheel which cut it to the dirt and ripped right off. I found that I had broken the wheel axle, it broke where the wheel hex and the Pin 3x22 goes.

Does anyone know if theres a way to fix these? I dont think there is
Also as I am an Australian does anyone know an Aussie site that has CEN spares? Specifically this spare

I guess in the mean time ill have to give it a clean

I know that CEN has come out with a stronger shaft since they made the nemesis. But they ddint recall the trucks to replace the shafts. You may be able to get a new one on warranty if you call up CEN, but who knows how long that would take...

There is pretty much no way to fix that part unless you are a total expert welder/machinist and even then its probabaly not worth it.

got this off cens site.

It's in sydney so I wouldn't imagine you would want to drive 10 hrs each way to get the part lol.
but shipping would be way quicker than from the US.

Oh, I bought the truck brand new off ebay. Do you think they would send some out under warranty?

Thanks for the site, I thought theyd have them but the last time I went there they had data base errors.

You should try to go right to cen, that would ensure you got the updated shafts and not old stock.

I have bought items from ebay before and made warranty claims. They more than likely will just want some proof of purchase such as an invoice or email receipt. If you just bought it I wouldn't hesitate to ask.....

It will cost me 5x as much as the parts for the postage and I will have to wait weeks. Thats why I said Aussie.

EDIT:I Just found that CEN wont do it unless I pay in and out of AU postage, but thats fair. Though they directed me to the a sydney distributor which wont take my parts... they said I have to send it back to where I purchased it from.
